    Abstract: 當前媒體(特別是電視)的問題已不再是數量不足。因此,數位科技固然能夠擴充供給量,實與更有待人改善的媒體內容之品質,難有相關。以品質來說,媒體的問題似乎可分作兩個類型。第一個類型是,媒體偷窺、侵犯隱私、狗仔隊現象、未經合理查證乃至於任意散播不實新聞以致徒生誹謗之嫌、法庭新聞報導的司法干預之虞、對警局嫌疑犯的媒體審判與污名化、災難現場的再三重複及「愚蠢或不堪」的訪問方式、對當事人或家屬朋友造成二度傷害、羶色腥新聞超過「正常」新聞的比例太大……等等。
