    Abstract: 筆記型電腦的成長受制於金融海嘯的總體經濟影響，終端消費者的採購意願急速下降，產業供應鏈供需因而失衡。筆記型電腦業者為尋求擺脫以低價競爭為唯一經營模式，嘗試進行的新策略型態，期待提供不同的價值給予客戶，獲得較佳的利潤。本研究嘗試將液晶顯示模組與筆記型電腦的生產流程加以分析，研究可加以垂直整合流程的可能性，並以成本最低為評估的標準，加上其他相關因子作為判斷，期望找出最具成本效益的創新流程。
    透過案例分析，本研究提出以下數點結論：一、垂直整合當以思考提昇使用者價值為目標。二、產業競爭應以合作取代獨占，尋求多贏。三、策略思考與決策必須陰陽表裡兼顧。
