Abstract:	歷經30餘年改革開放政策的推展，為大陸經濟帶來國民所得提升、農村經濟繁榮，以及對外貿易拓展等積極效果，並使大陸經濟逐漸與國際經濟體系相融和，但是卻也帶來所得分配不均、區域發展失衡、城鄉差距擴大……等不利的後果。為解決經濟發展所衍生的社會經濟問題，21世紀以來中共提出「和諧社會」的總體發展目標，近來更積極致力以解決「中等收入陷阱」所帶來的問題，它已成為現階段大陸社會經濟發展的核心，所有政策的擬定均圍繞在此主軸上。
