Title:	中國大陸成為全球第二經濟體的虛與實

Abstract:	日本內閣府日前公布的經濟數據顯示，今（2010）年第二季日本國內生產總值（GDP）為1.288 兆美元，同期中國大陸GDP 總值為1.337 兆美元，中國大陸超越日本，成為全球僅次於美國的第二大經濟體。中國大陸GDP 總值居世界第二，固然是長期以來經濟快速成長的結果，但是在此一傲人的經濟成就下，大陸經濟卻也面臨經濟轉型的關鍵時刻，有諸多的經濟瓶頸有待克服。與此同時，伴隨著中國大陸經濟的崛起，促使世界經濟格局特別是亞太地區的產業分工發生鉅大的轉變，並使大陸經濟在世界經濟中扮演日漸重要的角色，國際間更普遍興起全球經濟權力向亞洲轉移的說法，並對中國大陸有更多的期待和要求。面對著內外在複雜因素的糾纒，中共當局固然對此一經濟成就感到欣慰，惟卻也對此一形勢的發展充滿憂患意識。此種虛與實纒繞的情勢對中國大陸經濟具有何種政經意涵，頗值得加以探討。
