    Abstract: 優秀的企業策略能夠對企業的發展方向和趨勢進行一個長期的規劃,從而使企業在外部商業環境的變化過程中,能夠充分發揮其內部的優勢,以促使企業保持持久的穩定的發展。對於大陸汽車電子零組件產業來說,由於生產廠商眾多,整體實力並不強,市場競爭激烈,導致企業整體的生存能力較弱,因此一個清晰而又實用的策略對於汽車電子零組件生產企業具有決定性的功能。本研究主要分成五個部份來研究A汽車電子零組件公司企業發展策略這一課題。
    第一章為緒論,主要介紹了本研究的研究背景、研究動機和研究方法。第二章主要回顧和概述了企業策略管理相關理論。首先界定了企業策略的涵義和特色,介紹了企業策略管理理論的主要學派,分析了企業策略管理的一般流程,最後,概述了波特“五力”競爭模型。第三章為A個案公司產業分析及企業經營策略,第四章為個案分析與實證研究,重點分析了A汽車電子零組件公司外部競爭環境。本研究主要從汽車電子產業整體形勢分析及未來市場趨勢、汽車電子零組件產業競爭狀況分析這兩個構面來加以分析,重點整合波特“五力”競爭理論,分析了汽車電子零組件產業的內部競爭分析。重點對A汽車電子零組件公司進行了SWOT分析。首先介紹了A汽車電子零組件公司基本情況,接著重點對A汽車電子零組件公司策略地位進行了SWOT分析。接著為本研究的重點,在前面研究的基礎上,提出了A汽車電子零組件公司企業發展策略的篩選與執行。首先明確了A汽車電子零組件公司發展策略篩選的需求、策略與目標,指出了A汽車電子零組件公司發展策略的篩選,接著分析了A汽車電子零組件公司發展策略執行的關鍵性問題,最後提出了A汽車電子零組件公司執行保障措施。以期透過本研究的研究為A汽車電子零組件公司,乃至於大陸其他汽車電子零組件企業進行發展策略篩選與執行,提供了一些理論面和實務面的參考。
    Good business strategy to the development of enterprises and trends in the direction of a long-term planning, so that enterprises in the external business enviro nment change process can give full play to its internal strengths in order to facilitate enterprises to maintain sustained and steady development. For the domestic auto electronics parts industry, because many manufacturers, the overall strength is not strong, intense market competition, leading to the overall viability of the business is weak, so a clear and practical strategies for the auto electronics parts manufacturer has a decisive role. This paper is divided into five parts to study the A auto electronics parts corporate development strategy in that area.
    Chapter 1 Introduction, this paper mainly introduces the research background, research significance and research methodologies. The second Chapter review and overview some of the major management-related theory of corporate strategy. First, define the meaning and characteristics of corporate strategy, business strategy,intro duced the major schools of management theory, analysis of the general process management, corporate strategy, finally, an overview of Porter`s "five forces"compe
    tition model. Chapter 3 focused on analyzing A auto electronics parts company`s external competitive environment. Here, mainly from the automotive industry analysi
    s of the macroeconomic situation and future market trends, competition situation analysis of auto electronics parts industry, to analyze these two aspects, focusing on combining Porter "Five Forces" competition theory, analyzes the auto electronics parts industry, analysis of internal competition. the emphasis on the A auto electronics parts company to conduct SWOT analysis. first introduced the basic situation of auto parts company, and then focus on the A auto electronics parts company conducted a SWOT analysis of the strategic position. this article focus on the former paper based on the study presented A auto electronics parts company`s business development strategy for the choice and implementation. First, clear the A auto electronics parts company`s development requirements of strategic options, ideas and goals, points out A auto electronics parts company`s development strategy options, and then analyzed the A auto electronics parts company`s development strategy implementation of the key issues, concludes with the A auto electronics parts companies implement safeguar
    d measures. With a view to the adoption of this research for the A auto electronics part
    s company as well as other domestic auto parts enterprises for development and imple
    mentation of the strategic choice to provide a little theoretical guidance and practical reference value.
