The main points for this research are:
1.Shape the concepts and discourse for the organic leadership of school organization,
2.Explore the effective factors on principal leadership, features of organizational development and school effectiveness display,
3.Realize the performance differences for the principal leadership, features of organizational development and school effectiveness display that are perceived by the teachers with different backgrounds and variables,
This research utilizes the “Perception Questionnaires for the Principal leadership, Organization character development and School effectiveness display” designed by the researcher, sampling 820 teachers in the public primary schools, and explores the present status of his/her school’s principal leadership, features of organizational development and school effectiveness display; the relationships among the aforesaid are explored as well. In the research, the principal leadership behaviors are divided into five dimensions, as “principals’ leadership style,” “principals’ character attributes,” “ leadership cultivation,” “group member selection,” and “principals’ professional type.” The features of organizational development are divided into five dimensions, as “system cogitation,” “spiral leadership,” “innovative strategies,” “members’ interaction,” and “coordination function.” The school effectiveness displays are divided into five dimensions, as “organization learning effectiveness,” “instruction circulation effectiveness,” “school innovation effectiveness”, “team cooperation effectiveness,” and “organization virtual effectiveness.”
The main findings of the research are as follows:
1.To shape 9 different leadership modes: (a) The underdeveloped Leadership, (b) Unique Efficiency Management, (c) Carrying on the Traditions Leadership, (d) The Leadership Under Less Interference, (e) The Belief in Golden Mean Leadership, (f) Personal Attraction Leadership, (g) Ready for Action Leadership, (h) Planning of a Blueprint Leadership, (I) Perfect Fulfilment Leadership.
2.The present status for the principal leadership, features of organizational development and school effectiveness display is passably. There is still space for further achievement.
3.There are significant differences for the teachers with different backgrounds and variables in the principal leadership, features of organizational development and school effectiveness display.
This research also offers the following suggestions to administration units and schools.
