    Abstract: 本文試著以「建構教師專業支持．回應教師評鑑制度」，依據教師不同的教學生涯，規劃其專業增能進修研習課程，促進教師專業發展的實現，建構教師專業發展的進修支持體系，乃是當前最重要的工作。繪製「建構教師專業發展的支持體系架構圖(詳如圖1)：1.以教師專業標準本位為圓心，由「中央政府」、「地方縣市政府」、「大學及中小學」與「專業組織」的協作實施，建構提昇教師專業發展的教師在職進修的支持體系；2.以內圓之「教師專業發展評鑑」、「教學輔導教師」、「專業學習社群」、「多元進修研習」等教師專業增能方式的實施為半徑；3.建構「教師在職進修辦法」、「教師進階制度」及「全國教師在職進修網」，劃出教師專業發展支持體系機制的同心圓，建構有目標、有系統、有組織，提昇教師專業發展進修的支持體系，提供作為推動中小學教師評鑑制度實施的參考。
