Title:	中國各地方政府自願在網路揭露財務資訊之比較研究

Abstract:	本文探討2007年底，中國大陸31個地方政府網絡財務資訊揭露的現況。經由檢索中國各地方政府的官方入口網站記錄各地方政府利用網路公布其地方政府的財務狀況，並針對網路提供之財務資訊類型、網路財務資訊之品質以及網站資訊檢索的便利性加以告十點，建立地方政府網路揭露財務資訊之指標(internet financial disclosure index)。檢視並加以比較各地方政府在網路揭露其政府財務資訊狀況。並利用單變數統計指標，檢視網路財務資訊之揭露是否存在地區性的差異。結果顯示東部地區的地方政府在網路揭露的財務類型與財務資訊品質及資料檢索的便利性上，高於其他地區，顯示東部地區的地方政府其政府資訊透明度優於其他地區的地方政府。
