    Title: 不同創業類型與創業行為之關聯性研究

    Abstract: 近年來台灣邁入創新驅動經濟體,顯示創新導向的創業行為將成為驅動下一階段經濟成長的主要動力。以此觀知,創業類型及創業行為與國家的經濟發展關係密切,而創業類型為產生創業意圖之意念表現,創業意圖又為創造新事業的必要過程之一,故必須設法提升創業者的創業意圖,進而促使其展開創業行為。若能促成大量具有創新特色的創業行為,鼓勵具有高附加價值與高成長特質新創企業的設立,以創新技術、產品、商業模式帶動新興產業發展,提升創業行為之層次,將有助於促進台灣經濟之發展。有鑑於此,了解台灣人民在不同階段之創業類型狀況,並探討影響創業行為的相關因素,是值得關注的課題。故本研究想要從不同創業類型去探討創業行為的因素,本研究採用問卷調查法,將回收之問卷資料進行統計分析,其研究假設驗證結果如下:
    1. 年齡為25-34歲的受訪者對於整體創新活動的接受程度,高於年齡為35歲以上的受訪者。
    2. 教育程度為大學院校和碩士的受訪者,對於整體創新活動的接受程度,高於教育程度為高中職以下的受訪者。
    3. 家戶所得為800,001-2,400,000元、3,200,001-4,000,000元的受訪者對於整體創新活動的接受程度,高於家戶所得為0-800,000元的受訪者。
    4. 創業類型為潛在創業者的受訪者,對於整體創新活動的接受程度,高於創業類型為企業主的受訪者。
    5. 受訪者接受創新的程度會隨著人口統計變項的不同而有所差異。年齡越輕、教育程度越高、家戶所得越高及潛在創業者其接受創新活動的程度越高。
