Abstract:	教師的工作並不單只是專業知識的講授，熟悉提高學生學習動機、學習方法的有效性及學習能力等策略，且能注意學生的個別差異，善用各種輔導管教方法，更是教師必備的重要能力。管教方法甚為多元多樣，明文禁止體罰，是重要挑戰，但也是新的契機，讓教師發揮教育專業，增加有效教學與輔導管教相關之知能，來發展非體罰的管教方法。
