    Abstract: 本文由經濟學上合作的觀點來檢視傳統婚姻中的兩性專業分工現象，由家庭主婦所犧牲掉的市場機會為基準來思考贍養費與家事薪給之金額的計算問題，並就其法律地位加以深入探討。本研究結果同樣適用於與傳統婚姻有相同專業分工合作性質的任何二人間之關係。
