    Title: 深化性別意識與勞動價值教育～兼對中小學教科書中「性別」與「勞動」內容的期待

    Abstract: 過去十年，台灣社會經歷前所未有的「性別
    震盪」：在短短十年內，陸續制訂頒佈了
    五項性別立法，分別是1997年的「性侵害犯罪防
    治法」、1998年的「家庭暴力防治法」、2001年
    的「兩性工作平等法」（已於今年更名為「性別
    工作平等法」）、2004年的「性別教育平等法」
    及2007年「性騷擾防治法」。蓄積了千百年的性
    別壓迫及影響，在這十年間透過法制努力，期盼
    能為女性長久以來所遭受的人身侵害、工作排除
    與歧視、及教育不平等對待，開啟改變的契機。
