Abstract:	本研究為私募股權基金如何轉換致伸，過程中訪問了台灣併購與私募股權協會會長黃齊元先生、台灣併購與私募股權協會秘書長楊正秋女士、致伸收購關係人，以及和致伸發言人林君憲先生通信，來了解私募股權基金如何轉換致伸。本研究檢視收購致伸的私募股權基金，其投資致伸的原因是否和以往的私募股權基金原因相同，以及參與致伸決策的做法和大眾印象中的私募股權基金是否相同。
