    Title: 網路測驗情境中觸發類型與測驗目的對作假意圖與人格測驗分數的影響

    Abstract: 本研究欲了解於招募過程中，不同目的使用網路測驗及不同測驗觸發類型，對受
    試者作假意圖的影響。本研究以網路線上測驗的方式收集資料，共收集777 份有
    效測驗結果。請受試者在應徵工作或自我了解的情境下，上網依次填答個人生活
    事、人格測驗、自尊量表、及社會期許量表。本研究以操弄個人生活事件之類型
    與數目操弄促發情境（4 個正向事件、8 個正向事件、4 個負向事件、8 個負向事
    件及無觸發），並隨機將受試者分配到五種促發情境中。研究結果發現，測驗目
    的的確對於作假意圖有顯著影響，應徵工作之受試者較自我了解之受試者有更高
    的作假意圖，而觸發的有無同樣對作假意圖有顯著影響；在應徵工作的目的下，
    沒有填寫生活事件的受試者比填寫生活事件的受試者有更高的作假意圖。整體而
    言，若公司希望透過網站線上測驗的方式甄選員工，只要在給予正式測驗前，先
    請受試者填寫過去生活事件，便能降低應徵者作假意圖，獲得更有效且較真實的
    測驗結果。
