    Abstract: 二十一世紀的企業競爭，「人才」扮演了一個相當重要的角色。如何透過 有效的工具協助評估與發展企業中現有的人力資源，或者找尋招募優質有潛力的 人才加入企業，這些都是企業在人力資源管理上非常切身緊要的議題。心理測驗 自第二次世界大戰以來就開始廣為英、美、日等先進國家的政府軍事單位以及工 商界人士用在人員甄選、訓練、陞遷、以及心理輔導方面，幫助企業主分析應徵 者和員工的人格特質與工作興趣取向。國內已有不少機構和企管顧問公司自國外 引進各種「職業適性診斷測驗」工具，提供企業或個人付費使用。國內專業的人 力網站也已經成立，他們都針對個人或企業主提供付費的工作職能診斷服務。 廣良億科技公司整合了心理學、天文學、行為科學和中國的易經哲學與子 平八字命學理論，研發了一套人力資源寶藏(Human Resource Treasure, HRT) 電 腦程式，企業主只須輸入應徵者正確的出生年月日和時辰，就可以將應徵者的人 格特質與職能性向做出對應的分析，並不需要應徵者填寫很長的心理測驗問卷。 如果經由實證方法檢驗這個HRT 評量工具的效度與信度，這不啻是用社會科學 實證法驗證中國傳統命理哲學的理論，更為人力資源管理者找到一個方便實用而 有高度效率的評量工具。本研究之目的是透過與企業主的合作，研究者應用社會 科學實證方法檢驗廣良億發展的人力資源評量工具HRT 的信度與效度。
