Title:	公部門的影視外包勞動：台灣紀錄片產製與創作者勞動條件調查

Abstract:	本文蒐集整理近年來台灣紀錄片產製資料，發現包括輔導金等政府補助、及公共電視等非商業的映演管道，是當前本土紀錄片發展的關鍵。這使得公部門成為台灣紀錄片產製過程中的最主要「雇主」，紀錄片工作者成為公部門的「外包勞工」。但是公部門資源有限，導致紀錄片製作經費與映演空間都不足，紀錄片觀眾數量並未因為產量增加而有明顯成長，降低了商業投資動力，也使得紀錄片創作者的勞動條件普遍不佳，構成當前台灣紀錄片發展的限制。
