Title:	「寫」一道料理：飲食書寫之敘事分析

Abstract:	近年消費文化浪潮促發飲食消費相關議題如雨後春筍般地開展。此傳播飲食文化之活動透露一種社會傳播現象的異變，另也觸發了「跨感官」傳播的命題：如何得以「望文生味」？以視覺或聽覺之傳播行為促發味覺想像之過程如何可能？本研究希望透過敘事分析比較「結合飲食知識與個人生命、味覺經驗故事」的敘事方式與「純淨提供飲食資訊」的敘事方式有何不同，並進一步探究那令人「望文生味」之飲食書寫的敘事策略。研究結果顯示，兩者敘事方式最大不同在於前者之敘事方式結合生命故事與文化情懷因而能形構、擬真味覺體驗，於此也透露出「望文生味」之關鍵在於敘事中所流露的「人文情感」。
