Title:	電視新聞影像素養研究：社會符號學的觀點

Abstract:	Kress(2003) 指出，當代素養不能只著重讀寫方面的素養，而是多種符號素養的觀點。因此，電視素養一詞的意涵必須回到符號層面的圖影素養來談。從上述的觀點，本研究欲分析電視新聞中的影像，以探看媒體素養中的核心問題：「如何解讀內容」和「事件是如何透過媒介來呈現」。不同於一般影像分析取徑，本研究採取社會符號學的觀點。社會符號學源自系統功能語言學，但又將著重文字的系統功能語言學擴充到各種符號，由此解讀影像的文法。
