Title:	「中國」、「中華」，還是「台灣」?─以北京奧運棒球中台之戰為例談兩岸國族想像

Abstract:	從日據時代一直到二十一世紀的今天，台灣不同時期的統治者都曾為了政治上的目的，利用棒球作為形塑台灣人民認同的工具，因此棒球運動在台灣一向具有鮮明的國族意涵。而當中華成棒隊在二○○八年北京奧運的棒球場上，以七比八敗給地主中國大陸時，不但台灣球迷難以接受，台灣媒體更紛紛以「國恥」、「國難」等充滿國族想像的辭彙來報導這場敗仗。本研究試圖以本次北京奧運為研究對象，分析台灣媒體所建構的國族想像，是否隨著時空環境有所改變，而這次台灣與中國大陸在奧運場上的競爭，又讓兩岸民眾產生了什麼樣的國族想像。研究結果發現，台灣媒體所建構的國族想像隨著政治背景的轉變，從過去「大中華」式的國族想像，轉變危以台灣主體意識為主的國族想像。相較於中國球迷將台灣視為自己人，台灣球迷對於台灣與中國之間的他我界線劃分的較為清楚。
