Title:	台灣營造業安全文化量表之發展

Abstract:	本研究針對我國營造業，發展具有信度與效度之安全文化量表，並探討其安全文化現況。首先，以文獻分析及深度訪談蒐集質化資料，經由內容分析結果，建立安全文化原始量表，共包含13 個向度。其次，以631位營建業從業人員為樣本，驗證此原始量表的信度與效度，結果發現公司承諾、風險管理、安全系統、安全訓練、安全環境、安全知識、安全動機、安全優先及安全涉入等9 個向度與輕傷、重傷、安全衛生滿意、工作壓力及風險知覺等效標變項具有顯著的關連性，且能用來區變工地的安全績效表現，顯示安全文化量表具有效標關聯效度與區辨效度，能有效診斷組織之安全文化。此外，這9個向度的內部一致性係數均達 .70，顯示安全文化量表具有良好的信度。最後，本研究提出安全文化的檢核過程，並說明其在安全實務上的應用意涵。
