Title:	控制知覺與工作安全：安全文化的調節效果研究

Abstract:	本研究以製造業為研究對象，探討個人安全控制知覺對其安全行為及工作意外之影響效果，並說明安全文化在其間所扮演的調節效果。本研究採用問卷調查的方式收集資料，受測者為台灣製造業公司之現場員工以及管理階層，合計有效回收共873份資料。研究結果發現：(1)控制知覺能顯著預測安全行為和工作意外（輕傷）。(2)安全文化會調節控制知覺對安全行為的影響。最後，根據本研究結果進一步討論並且說明研究限制、未來研究方向以及實務意涵。
