    Abstract: 台灣銀行業在政府自2001年開始啟動一系列金融改革後，迄今仍存在著銀行家數過多、營運規模太小且業務同質性高的狀況，因此台資銀行無不放眼海外，以開發獲利來源，而大陸市場正是台資銀行著墨多日的首要目標。透過兩岸在2013年中簽訂之「海峽兩岸服務貿易協議」，台資銀行可擴大在大陸的布局與業務經營，對當地台商提供更完整便利的服務。

    個案公司為國內首家推出應收帳款承購業務的台資銀行，曾在該業務之早期階段成就斐然，但近來表現未若以往。而今身為第一家經兩岸主管機關獲准在大陸成立子行的台資銀行，個案公司該如何在台資銀行中國賽局中拔得頭籌？

    本論文以個案公司在應收帳款承購業務之專業智識與經驗，分析其開拓大陸市場企業金融業務區塊的競爭優勢，以服務台商的貿易融資需求為中心點，用SWOT矩陣理論來建議其發展戰略，藉由貿易融資之專業產品與優質服務在台商圈快速打出名號並取得領先地位，為下一輪競賽厚植實力、奠定基礎。
