Abstract:	“儒商”是指關懷政治、參與社會、注重文化、具有儒家文化修養的“公共知識分子”,而儒商與東亞文明研究關注的是儒商與浙商、晉商、徽商、潮商等不同地域特色企業家的關係,“市場化衝突”中的誠信問題,儒商與家族企業,儒商在鍛造成長過程中如何區分工具性價值和內在性價值等課題,以此發掘儒家精神是如何通過儒商走向經世致用,從而形成經由注重學習以實現創新的東亞文明的企業精神,並理解具有東亞特色的價值體系及其現代轉化。
