Abstract:	公眾授權條款的推動是貫徹自由文化運動的重要方法與策略，然而，由於不同種類授權條款彼此間存在著不相容的問題，自由文化運動正面臨著資訊、社群、創作人及個別著作被割裂的危機。本文以自由文化運動中最重要的兩種授權條款——創用 CC 授權條款及 GFDL——為核心，析述授權不相容對於協力創作及重新混用創作方式所帶來之負面影響，並站在授權人之立場，觀察兩種授權條款之差異性。此外，本文亦介紹兩種授權條款近年來在促進彼此相容所作之努力及其侷限，同時就自由文化運動及授條款相容性未來的長期發展，提出相關建議。
