在目前我國產業普遍面臨勞工短缺、匯率升值等不利的投資環境下，企業欲以產業昇級擺脫經營困境的最佳的方式，即是經由技術引進、整合、再發展為自有技術、以提昇本身基礎研究能力等過程，逐漸提昇技術水準，進而達成以技術進步強化競爭能力提昇經營績效以擺脫目前的困境。本研究經由相關文獻探討、及對企業的深度訪談發現，技術接受者本身技術能力，為影響我國企業技術引進績效最重要的關鍵因素，因此整合過去學者的研究與個案訪談結果，建立技術能力與技術引進績效相關之研究架構及提出影響技術引進績效因素之相關研究假設。 Currently, while Taiwanese industries confront negative investment situations caused by labor shortage and appreciation of exchange rate, which had made some industries running into business dilema. The best way to get rid of this management predicament is to help enterprises upgrade their own technology capability. Most of the time, technology capability upgrading is made through processes of introducing new technology, transfering, diffusing, integrating with selfown skill and then gradually raising the level of their own technology capability. After reviewing related literature and having in-depth interviews with enterprises, the authors found that original technology capability of the New-Tech receiver played a key factor in deciding the performance level of transference. Then, some intervening variables, which include the technology features and management mechanism of technology transfer, are also discussed in terms of their influence on the relationship between technology capability and the performance of technology transfer.
