Abstract:	2004年春天，林心正董事長望著窗外的景色，回想著中國砂輪一路走來，歷經多次的抉擇與挑戰，無論是發展鑽石碟的契機，投資再生晶圓的勇氣，每一次都考驗著經營團隊的智慧與膽識。尤其是在面對3M官司的情況下，鑽石碟的營收成長可能會有所限制，而現在正是再生晶圓產業與光學鏡片產業快速成長時，是否要擴大投入再生晶圓事業，或進入光學鏡片產業，更是中國砂輪所面臨重大轉折之抉擇。林董事長面臨如何發揮中國砂輪核心競爭優勢，以因應多角化策略之佈局？
