Title:	台灣民意調查之過去、現在與未來

Abstract:	通過民意調查結果的分析,能夠解讀民眾對于公共事務的偏好、態度、評價或選擇,可以作為政策規劃制定、執行及評估時的參考.臺灣民意調查最早源自《臺灣新生報》在1952年2月進行的對日合約民意調查.此后,《聯合報》、《中國時報》、TVBS等媒體也相繼在20世紀八九十年代成立民意調查部門,適時針對重要的公共議題進行調查.1987年“解嚴”后,言論更加自由開放,民意調查不僅更加頻繁,范圍也持續擴大.除大眾媒體外,學術機構如“中央研究院”、政治大學選舉研究中心、臺北大學民意調查中心、金門大學民意調查中心等,“政府單位”如“研考會”、“國科會”,以及各縣市政府,每年都執行各種議題的民意調查.本文從民意調查之方法討論起,對臺灣民意調查發展及民調機構進行概述與介紹;討論臺灣近幾年較重要之公共議題民意測驗結果;最后,以2012年大選各種民意調查結果與選舉結果進行比對,以分析臺灣民意調查的發展趨勢及對公共事務之影響.
