    摘要: 我國公共圖書館早在十年前引進線上資料庫，臺北市立圖書館自2002年開始引進電子書、電子雜誌等電子資源，如今公共圖書館電子資源館藏逐漸形成規模。我國公共圖書館電子資源館藏多樣化，但許多館員對於電子資源特質與管理觀念模糊，常發生評選與採購問題。電子資源館藏的發展與管理與傳統紙本館藏管理有很大不同。鑑於電子資源日益重要，使用者喜愛使用資料庫與電子書，而圖書館經費有限，館員需充份了解如何有效進行電子資源的選擇、採購、組織、取用與管理。本文旨在探討公共圖書館電子資源館藏發展與管理，首先闡釋公共圖書館館藏的意義與功能；其次研討電子資源館藏發展與管理的要務，涵蓋三個階段與八大要件，並探討電子資源館藏發展政策訂定，電子資源館藏評選與採購，以及電子資源館藏管理的功能與系統。
    Since 2002, online databases began to be acquired into public libraries in Taiwan, at present; a lot of electronic resources are brought into collection and used heavily. As electronic resources collection of public libraries is diversified and various, but many librarians are incompetent for selecting, acquiring, and managing electronic resources. The article mainly discusses basic foundation and practices of electronic collection development and management in public libraries. First, it explores the missions and foundation of electronic resources collection；Second, it illuminates best practice of electronic collection development and management with three stages and eight functions, studies on how to propose electronic collection development polices how to select and acquire electronic resources and how to manage electronic resource collection with an electronic resources management system.
