Abstract:	在社會科學研究中,許多測算或觀測結果往往不是精確數據,而是或多或少具有模糊屬性的數據。如何在問卷調查表的設計中并入模糊數據,成為模糊數據統計極為重要的探索內容之一。在回顧模糊數據產生背景后,提出三種模糊數據調查表,并探討幾種特殊條件下的模糊數的隸屬度,研究了三種不同的帶有模糊數據的問卷調查方式及其應用。
