| Abstract: | 戰後日本政治經歷了從官僚主導到官邸主導的變化，這實際上反映出了決策模式和政官關係的變化。這種變化同諸多因素緊密相關，例如日本的官僚制、選舉制度、政黨以及社會及政治環境的變化等等。本文分析這種變化過程的同時，也關注小泉純一郎時期形成的官邸主導決策模式，分析其成因。從而對戰後日本政治發展從決策模式和政官關係變化兩個角度進行總結。
During the post-war period, Japanese politics has changed from bureaucratic led to cabinet dominance. Actually, it is the change of the decision-making model. Also, it is a kind of change of the politician-bureaucracy relationship. There are many reasons that closely connect with these changes such as bureaucracy of Japan, electoral system, domestic parties in Japan, the change of social and political circumstances and so on. This thesis will analyze the process of these changes. Meanwhile, cabinet dominance decision-making model during the Koizumi’s period will also be focused. |
