    Abstract: 鐵道信號系統中的通訊系統具備了利基市場所必須具備的一定市場規模與差異化價值的需求，非常適合用來做為利基市場策略的研究，本研究就是以鐵道系統中的通訊解決方案為目標，嘗試透過這樣特殊的利基市場的市場發展實例，來研究在不同利基市場中的策略。
