    Title: 生病作為一種倫理事件：洗腎者病程經驗的現象詮釋

    Abstract: 倫理形式的問題，就是探討個體對自我和對他人的特殊關係，也是瞭解一種存在的模態。由此，環繞重病如洗腎者的諸種存在現象，在面對慢性疾病威脅和日常生活勞煩間，探究其倫理形式意味著什麼，其如何開展出自我照顧技藝，以及其生活風格和倖存方式的指向，構成了本研究的問題意識。 本研究共多次深度訪談20位洗腎者（男性9人，女性11人，平均洗腎年資約14年）。經由資料分析，顯示洗腎者病程經驗的獨特性如下：(1)臨界性的生存處境（包括圓滿與生命意象的透析機、從想像變異到生命策略的廔管）；(2)生活心理缺口的倫理形式（包括負性空間的缺口互呈、黑色幽默與正負面的反轉）；(3)掛慮作為一種照顧技藝（包括飲食與水的調節、關切他人和自我照料的雙重性）；(4)朝向無居心倖存風格（包括悲悼的續活、閒散深度的存活形態）。 由此，洗腎者最終指向了存活的生活功課操持，雖呈現無居心的無目的論之生活目標，但其實是發展出一種看似無望，卻又有力量的生存方式，這是一種脆弱的存有，孕育虛弱更有力的生存美學。這般跛足、殘疾的生存美學，會產生動力發展讓人繼續存活的技藝，也就是在不斷自身詢問「我將如何活下去？」的應答間，觸碰到自己跟自己，以及自己和他人的關係。洗腎者殘疾生存美學的倫理形式和風格屬性，基本上是以特異性為基底特徵而展現的生命格調。
