    Abstract: 以飛行班次為民航服務品質指標,藉著「管制均衡模型」的建立與推導,本文發現,放寬進入管制將使民航服務品質提昇,而放寬價格管制對民航服務品質的影響則難以確定。利用台灣地區民航業資料進行實證檢定,本文再度確認,放寬進入管制不僅不會使民航服務品質隨著航空票價下降,反而會透過需求與負載效果提昇其水準。
    By using flight frequency as an index of the quality of service, building an equilibrium model of the regulated industry, and through the empirical sutdy based on the data of the Taiwan airline industry, it is found that entry deregulation not only forces prices of airline services go down, but also upgrades qualities of airline services.
