    Abstract: 當全球化、國際化成為世界經濟發展的趨勢時,企業的購併風潮也正如火如荼的進行著。一般而言,企業購併的著眼點是想藉由企業的收購或合併來達到利潤成長的目的,而一般研究的重點也多著重於這方面議題的探討。事實上,企業購併對於勞資關係的影響也是相當顯著的。不論是在個別勞資關係或是集體勞資關係方面,企業購併對於工作權、團結權及企業內部的所得分配都會產生影響。然而,由於國內外欠缺相關的研究,以致於相關資訊的累積受到影響。有鑑於企業購併對於勞資關係影響研究的重要性,因此,本研究擬透過個案研析來達到以下的研究目的:第一、對於企業購併的影響進行探討,分析企業購併對於員工權益的影響;第二、探討企業購併過程中組織溝通及員工參與的問題,分析勞資雙方是否經由協商或其他勞資合作方式來因應企業的變革;和第三、探討勞資雙方因應企業購併的策略及其最適的選擇。
