    Abstract: 當使用次序性量尺來測量潛在連續變項時,可在次序資料上計算皮爾遜相關(Pearson correlation)或多序類相關(Polycholic correlation)後再行因素分析(前者以下簡稱FA-PR,後者簡稱FA-PL)。本模擬研究比較FA-PR和FA-PL在估計因素負荷、因素內在相關和潛在特質水準的精確性。模擬的模式是雙因素模式。操弄的因子是:樣本的大小、因素負荷量大小、反應類別的數目,以及指標的數目。模擬結果顯示,FA-PR所估計的因素負荷量較不精確;FA-PR和FA-PL在因素間相關和潛在特質水準上表現一致;FA-PR能提供較佳的適合度。至於所操弄的因素負荷量、樣本數、以及反應類別數目在估計上的影響,在本研究中亦有討論。
