    Title: 電子零組件中小企業經營策略探討-以巨友公司為例

    Abstract: 台灣的電子產品及品質享譽國際,其中中小企業製造商的貢獻不可忽視,長期以來持續為各大中心廠商提供優質且優惠的製造服務。然而隨著東南亞及中國的崛起,赴陸的電子大廠面臨激烈的低價競爭,與其合作的中小企業製造商亦深受影響,利潤空間被大幅壓縮。本研究主要針對台灣赴陸發展電子零組件製造商為個案對象,期望藉由研究探討了解中小企業的策略變動及其資源變動的情形,並提供台灣赴陸之中小企業製造商之擬定經營策略之參考。
    本研究的研究架構以個案研究方式為主,選擇電子零組件產業中的台灣製造商為個案公司,經由蒐集個案公司赴陸策略擬定方式及內部資源配置方式等相關資料,並透過深度訪談的質性研究方式來瞭解經營策略發展之過程、資源配置之方法及相關配套措施之擬定,再藉由整理分析所蒐集之資料以歸納出本研究之發現,最後提出研究結論及建議以提供相關產業廠商或其他產業之廠商做為策略參考依據。
