    Abstract: 台灣地區的人口老化(Population aging)隨著生育率與死亡率的下降而日趨嚴重,六十五歲以上(含六十五歲)的老年人已於民國八十三年底超過總人口數的7%,正式進入高齡化社會。因為人口高齡化對社會與經濟的發展有重大影響,若能針對老化趨勢適時提出因應對策,當可減輕人口老化帶來的衝擊。本文結合年齡組別移動法(Cohort component method)與時間序列(Time series),預測台灣地區未來十五年的人口組成比例,提供政府實施與老人相關社會保險的參考。<
