    Abstract: 東南亞金融風暴自泰國爆發以來，危機擴散至鄰近地區及全亞洲，甚至連北美洲、拉丁美洲、俄羅斯及歐洲都遭受波及。我國也因近來資產價格遽跌，國內跳票事件頻傳，嚴重影響金融秩序。惟我國的金融危機及泡沫現象較類似於日本，係屬本土型，其解決之道則有賴政府本身的改革及金融機構的重整，方能調養長期失序的金融體質。因此，本文將檢視東南亞金融風暴之根源及影響，自此波國際性之金融危機探討國內企業連續跳票事件之成因，以及未來不動產市場發展之趨勢及金融界因應之道。
