    Abstract: 本研究將探討由傳統產業轉入高科技產業 之策略與相關的成功要素,雖然這一主題對於 產業升級的成效會有很大的影響,但是不論國 內外,在這方面的研究都極為缺乏.本研究將配 合科技管理與策略管理的理論與研究基礎,並 針對國內約八家撕b定詻e由傳統產業跨入高科 技產業的公司進行深入的個案研究,最後希望 可以發展出一套較好的策略方案與模式,期望 此結果能對國內有意跨入高科技產業的一些傳 統企業提供實質的幫助,同時對於這一方面的 研究領域有一些學術的貢獻.
