Abstract:	本研究係在微平行電腦上發展範例學習(Learning From Examples,LFE)系統,並以所發展之範例學習演算法建構信用卡審核專家系統,以輔助發卡銀行評估信用卡之信用風險。本研究以參與「聯合信用卡處理中心」之發卡銀行為研究對象。抽取信用優良及信用不良之信用卡客戶為樣本,並作為系統學習所需之範例;同時探討影響信用卡客戶未來信用好壞之關鍵因素,以作為系統學習所需之線索;然後經由範例學習演算法導出判斷客戶信用優良與否的法則,以建構信用卡信用風險評估專家系統。期能有效輔助信用卡發卡審核作業,並提昇發卡銀行經營績效。本研究在傳算器(Transputer)所組成之微平行電腦並行系統上,發展範例學習演算法,藉以有效提高範例學習系統執行之效率。由於範例學習法具有整合處理各種計量或計質之線索,明確地定義出判別準則,以及漸進式學習之能力,故能快速、經濟地處理大量的消費信用卡申請案件。因此,我們選擇以信用卡風險評估為研究主題;利用本研究所發展範例學習演算法導出IDC IV判別法則;並加以驗證。期能對範例學習系統之學習特性,以及信用卡風險評估有進一步的瞭解。
