以數位測繪技術輔助，自實地或數值地圖獲取初級資料與次級資料，供建立保安林地理資料庫，不但精確迅速，且可節省大量人力與物力，乃保安林經營管理之基礎。本研究利用公分級GPS配合全測站式電子經緯儀，施行臺北市境內區外保安林境界測量與林地使用現況資料調查，結合數值地形模型與地理資訊系統科技，整合不同來源、不同比例尺之保安林基本圖、地形圖、地籍圖等圖面資料及保安林表冊等屬性資料，建立及更新保安林地理資料庫。與傳統測繪法相比較，本法有省時省事、高效率、高精度、自動化之優點，對保安林境界之確認與違規使用面積之測繪，成效頗為良好。 Establishment of a geographic information system for the protection forest is essential for managing the forest, and it relies on obtaining related information accurately and efficiently. Without effective tools, collecting primary field data often requires large amount of manpower and resources. Therefore, corresponding secondary data are needed. Digital surveying and digital map are important sources of primary data and secondary data, respectively. In this study, digital surveying was used to obtain data of the boundary and current land use status of the protection forests in Taipei City. In addition, digital terrain model (DTM) and GIS were used to establish a geographic database for the protection forests in order to integrate protection forest base maps, topographic maps, parcel maps and various attribute data from different sources. GPS and total station the odolite were used in the surveying tasks. The results indicate that these tools have the advantages of high efficiency, high accuracy, and automation, which make surveying the protection forests more efficiently and effectively.
