Abstract:	美國聯邦最高法院作成兩個保障同性婚姻憲法權利的判決。Hollingsworth v. Perry將加州的八號公投案宣告違憲，使得加州的同志重獲結婚權利。United States v. Windsor則將聯邦婚姻防衛法宣告違憲，讓各州合法結婚的同志，亦能享有聯邦法各種保障與給付。雖然這兩個判決的法律射程都相當有限，但其論理已為同性婚姻權利在美國的進展打開一扇大門。
