Abstract:	The purpose of this study is survey the entrepreneurship environment in Taiwan and provides suggestions for policy maker. We follow the guidelines and questionnaires of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s National Expert Survey to interview 36 entrepreneurship experts in Taiwan during May to July, 2010. The interview questions include advantages, disadvantages, and suggestions from nine areas related entrepreneurship. This study analyzes the valuable opinions of these experts and provides practical and policy implications in entrepreneurship 本研究旨在瞭解台灣之創業環境現況並提出改進建議，我們根據全球創業觀察（GEM）之國家專家調查（NES）的研究方法與流程，在2010 年5 月至7 月間，面對面訪問36 位在國內相當具有代表性之創業領域專家學者，詢問專家對於台灣目前在九大創業領域方面的優勢、劣勢與建議。藉由這些專家的意見，本研究進一步彙整並提出建議，結論應具有相當程度之代表性與價值，可作為國內有意推動創業相關產、官、學、研界之參考。
