    Abstract: 面對各國銀行競逐中國金融市場的現況下,臺灣的銀行業也是紛紛摩拳擦掌,想盡辦法試圖參與這塊大餅。在兩岸經貿互賴程度提高的情況下,臺資銀行有著同文同種的競爭優勢,但是礙於兩岸法規的限制下,臺灣的銀行現今仍無法直接從代表處升格為分行,也因此無法直接在中國大陸展開銀行業務的工作。本文試圖從國際貿易理論的觀點來看臺資銀行在中國大陸卡位時,所受到其他國家與時間的影響衝擊之程度。本文也觀察到外資銀行參股中國的模式經驗,而臺資銀行目前使用借道香港進入中國大陸此另闢蹊徑的替代方案也是值得探討的要點。
