Title:	金融監理制度與革新

Abstract:	我國「金融控股公司法」已於民國90年6月27日由立法院加開臨時會三讀通過，並預計於民國90年11月1日起正式施行。因此可以預見我國金融市場將面臨大幅度的重新組合，呈現嶄新的面貌，而金融機關亦將朝大型化及國際化發展。為因應即將成立之金融控股公司，並改革我國金融監理制度，政府擬成立「金融監督管理委員會」，作為我國單一金融監理主管機關。本文主要目的有二：第一、透過了解金融服務先進國家之現行監理制度的概況，分析金融監理單一制及分立制的優、缺點。第二、對於金融集團及金融控股公司的監理，及英美之監理方法加以討論，並針對我國現行及未來將實施的監理制度提出幾點建議，期以作為我國金融監理制度改革之參考。
