Title:	運用全面品質管理探討大專院校競技啦啦隊經營之研究

Abstract:	臺灣地區競技啦啦隊運動為體育學門新興的研究方向與議題，透過跨領域知識的結合應用，能夠達到提升訓練與管理實務的目的。本研究以全面品質管理的九項要點探討國內大專院校競技啦啦隊的經營與管理，提出下列建議：一、招募、訓練、與競賽過程的事先預防；二、第一線人員（指導員、隊員、防護員等）與校方人員（行政單位、主管、幹部）全面參與；三、全程掌控（招募、訓練、競技、團隊生活、完成學業的過程）；四、品質第一（著重分析檢討前一階段的訓練與競賽所產生的資訊）；五、顧客至上（兼顧內部與外部顧客）；六、事實管理（策略性訓練規劃、訓練實務與獎賞、訓練考核與分析、全員充分授權、團隊合作等）；七、永續改進（訓練與競賽的即時回饋）；八、重視成員發展訓練（重視個別差異與指導者進修並進）；九、系統導向（系統化目標與遠景）。經由全面品質管理理論為基礎，探討國內大專院校競技啦啦隊在訓練、競賽、管理與策略發展等面向，期待能藉此作為大專院校競技啦啦隊全面品質改善的雛型與參考。
