    Abstract: 中國大陸近年來在GDP、對外貿易、吸引外資、經濟成長率及外匯存底等經濟數據上均擁有亮麗的表現，頗受世界矚目。另外它也是「金磚四國」中最亮眼的一顆明星，如果其經濟成長能長期持續下去，未來也具有大國崛起的架勢。大陸的經濟發展深受黨政變化的影響甚深，十七大已於今年10月中、下旬召開完畢，重要黨政領導人也已選出，胡錦濤等第4代接班人正式全面接手中國大陸的政經事務，未來承接國務院新的領導班子也將逐漸浮現，屆時對於中國大陸的經濟發展也會產生重大的影響。本文除對「十七大」之後的重要財經人士安排有所觀察外，也對今後中國大陸的經濟發展趨勢及隱憂等議題提出分析與看法。並認為中國大陸在快速的經濟發展之下，如何在經濟、社會、民生等議題上取得平衡發展，對十七大的第4代接班人及未來可能接班的習近平、李克強等第5代接班人也是一大考驗。
