Abstract:	美國金融海嘯出現並波及全球後，中國的角色備受關注。改革開放至今，中國經濟表現優異，20年維持平均9%經濟增長率，外貿進出口平均也以20%速度增長，累計外匯近兩兆美元，全球第一。惟金融海嘯發生後，中國在去年底提出4兆人民幣擴大內需方案，推出扶持10大支柱產業政策，加速進行亞洲區域整合，並在倫敦G20峰會提出創設新國際儲備貨幣建議。金融海嘯後，「全球治理」已面臨發展新階段，對各國行動提出更高要求；究竟中國如何看待「全球治理」？中國提出的新方案是否意味中國積極且全面加入「全球治理」行列？本文擬就此論述全球化遭遇困境後，中國所發揮的關鍵作用及「中國崛起」後極可能成為「全球治理」的中堅力量。
