    Abstract: 性別主流化自1995年在北京第四次世界婦女大會正式被提出,性別主流化成為國際社會推動性別平等實現的主要策略,強調對結構層次的關注,將女性在發展中面臨到的不平等、不利益的處境,放到一個更寬廣的「性別關係」議題架構中來審視與行動,從以往的「婦女發展」進入到「性別發展」的境界。發展性別主流化主要策略有領導人對於性別主流化的明確承諾、性別機構與人員的建立、性別平等政策的執行、性別統計、性別分析與性別預算等。目前中國大陸大陸性別主流化工程正在進行中,從社會文化、經濟結構、機關組織及法律政策上,中國之性別主流化的發展仍是一條必須努力的道路。
