Abstract:	金融保險機構因業務特性面臨各種不同風險。為正確且有效掌握風險暴露的情況，金融保險機構發展出動態財務分析與壓力測試等兩種工具，並藉此評估：當面臨外在經濟環境或內部的要素改變時，公司財務強度及資本適足性變化。本文主要目的有二：第一、由於金融保險機構業務有相當程度的相似性，希望藉由探討現今動態財務分析在保險方面的應用及其執行方法等相關文獻，讓金融保險事業單位從業人士對此有更深一層的認識。第二、經由對英國、加拿大及美國動態財務分析及壓力測試現行作法與規範的討論與了解，針對我國金融保險機構作法及監理機關相關規定提出建議，以為未來改革之參考。
